Nitzan Hermon

I am a designer and researcher fascinated with complexity. I work with brands and academic institutes on ways to approach complex situations in order to help people to have agency, in their own domain, without telling them what to do. I help companies find core insights to their work, through desk and field research, and to design and measure their innovations. As an educator I teach creative computing, system thinking and co-taught the first complexity course at The New School.

My focus is on the impact of emerging technologies on the future of creativity, and what these changes mean for businesses. In my work I help companies understand the future in tangible ways. In previous roles I worked with brands such as TATA Communications and Cartier as an embedded resource, connecting lab innovation work, c suite and the organization as a whole.
